Abstract

Дана навчальна дисципліна належить до дисциплін вільного вибору студента. Місце навчальної дисципліни визначається необхідністю систематизації знань, що формують профіль фахівця в галузі проєктного менеджменту. Метою викладання дисципліни є прищеплення уміння управління діяльністю організації при плануванні і реалізації програм і проєктів на основі аналізу результатів діяльності та їх ідентифікації; формування у студента алгоритмічного мислення під час вирішення задач управління.

This discipline belongs to the disciplines of the student's free choice. The place of the discipline is determined by the need to systematise the knowledge that forms the profile of a project management specialist. The purpose of teaching the discipline is to instil the ability to manage the activities of the organisation in the planning and implementation of programmes and projects based on the analysis of performance and their identification; to form the student's algorithmic thinking in solving management problems.
