| Abstract: | In this thesis it is described, actually processes of globalization. Globalization is not unification, this is union of humanity in whole world. In thesis it is defined, that effective management of different enterprises intensifies globalization processes in the world. In this thesis we can say, that globalization is developed with activization of flexible system of management of avia-transport enterprises. |
