| Abstract: | У статті проаналізовано особливості торговельних відносин України з ЄС в період 2004-2015 роки. Досліджено сировинний напрямок експорту в товарній структурі зовнішньої торгівлі України, значний обсяг високотехнологічного імпорту, що обумовлює негативне сальдо зовнішньої торгівлі між Україною та ЄС. Загальноекономічний спад, девальвація гривні, втрата значної частки експортного потенціалу країни в результаті анексії Криму та бойових дій на сході привели до різкого скорочення обсягів зовнішньої торгівлі України, в тому числі й з країнами ЄС. Необхідність імплементації умов договору про ЗВТ, адаптації норм і стандартів ЄС в торгівлі, конкурентному середовищі, захисту інтелектуальної власності, державних закупівель значно знижують можливі вигоди України. Результатом виконання всіх умов договору про ЗВТ між Україною та ЄС у довгостроковій перспективі стане щорічний приріст ВВП України на 0,5%, а також підвищення доходів громадян на 1,2% в рік. |
| Description: | The article analyzes the features of trade relations between Ukraine and the EU for the 2004-2015 years. The attention is focused on the direction of commodity exports in the commodity structure of foreign trade, considerable volumes of high-tech imports, which leads to a negative balance of foreign trade of Ukraine and the EU. The general economic downturn, the devaluation of the hryvnia, the loss of a significant proportion of the country's export potential as a result of the annexation of the Crimea and the fighting in the east has led to a sharp reduction in foreign trade of Ukraine, including with the EU. The need to implement the conditions of the contract FTZ, adapting EU norms and standards in trade, the competitive environment, intellectual property, public procurement significantly reduces the potential benefits of Ukraine. The result of all the conditions of the FTZ agreement between Ukraine and the EU in the long term will increase Ukraine's annual GDP by 0,5%, as well as increase incomes by 1,2% per year. |
