Abstract

У магістерській роботі розкрита теоретична сутність та значення управління закладами освіти, висвітлено способи підвищення конкурентоздатності закладу освіти; проведено праксеологічний аналіз стратегічного розвитку закладу освіти на прикладі Боярського академічного ліцею «Лідер», проведено SWOT-aнaліз, PEST-aнaліз, а також моніторингове дослідження зaдоволеності здобувачів освіти навчальним процесом.

The master's thesis reveals the theoretical essence and significance of the management of educational institutions, increasing the competitiveness of educational institutions; a praxeological analysis of the strategic development of the educational institution on the example of the Boyar Academic Lyceum "Leader", a SWOT-analysis, PEST-analysis, as well as a monitoring study of the satisfaction of students with the educational process in the educational institution.
