Навчально-методичний комплекс з навчальної дисципліни "Актуальні проблеми зовнішньої політики США"

Abstract

Навчальна дисципліна належить до циклу професійної підготовки фахівців у сфері зовнішньої політики та дипломатії, і є теоретичним і практичним підґрунтям поглибленого вивчення зовнішньополітичного курсу окремих держав, зокрема єдиної наддержави, США, в сучасній системі міжнародних відносин. Метою викладання дисципліни є: визначення та аналіз актуальних проблем зовнішньої політики США. Завданнями навчальної дисципліни є: встановлення особливостей американської політичної системи; витоків стабільності та спадкоємності США; визначення інституційних механізмів зовнішньої політики Сполучених Штатів; виокремлення рушійних сил для реалізації зовнішньої політики США. Окрім того, завданням даної дисципліни є розкриття особливостей формування та реалізації зовнішньої політики Канади, як держави, що розташована в Північній Америці та визначення спільного і відмінного у зовнішній політиці цих двох держав.

The discipline belongs to the cycle of professional training in the field of foreign policy and diplomacy, and is a theoretical and practical basis for in-depth study of the foreign policy of individual states, including a single superpower, the United States, in the modern system of international relations. The purpose of teaching the discipline is to: identify and analyze current issues of US foreign policy. The objectives of the discipline are: to establish the features of the American political system; the origins of US stability and continuity; defining the institutional mechanisms of the United States foreign policy; separation of driving forces for the implementation of US foreign policy. In addition, the task of this discipline is to reveal the peculiarities of the formation and implementation of Canada's foreign policy as a state located in North America and to identify common and different in the foreign policy of these two states.
