Abstract

Дана навчальна дисципліна є теоретичною основою сукупності знань та вмінь, що формують авіаційний профіль фахівця в області питань, які стосуються системи та стандартів якості на транспорті. Метою навчальної дисципліни є: формування знань у майбутніх спеціалістів з питань організації та технології пасажирських перевезень на міжнародних та національних повітряних лініях згідно з встановленими нормами, правилами і стандартами у сфері авіаційних перевезень. Завданнями навчальної дисципліни є: -надання майбутнім фахівцям знання національних та міжнародних нормативно-правових актів, що регламентують роботу авіаційних пасажирських перевезень; - засвоєння сучасних методик розробки технологічних схем з обслуговування пасажирів різних категорій на повітряному транспорті. -оволодіння методами розробки технології авіаційних пасажирських перевезень; -вивчення методик розробки технологічних схем обслуговування пасажирів
