Екологічні виклики в контексті кліматичних змін та участь України в їх подоланні

Abstract

Мета: полягає у дослідженні питання екологічних викликів, особливо тих, які пов’язані з життєдіяльністю людини. Авторами відзначається глобальний і взаємозалежний характер екологічних викликів, що потребує комплексного підходу до їх врегулювання. Методи дослідження: для досягнення цієї мети були використані загальні та спеціальні наукові (спеціальні) методи: аналіз, синтез, індукція, дедукція, абстракція, конкретизація, узагальнення тощо. Результати: виділено такі напрямки щодо зменшення впливу екологічних викликів на навколишнє середовище як впровадження альтернативних джерел енергії, зменшення використання вугілля, збільшення зелених насаджень тощо. Обговорення: нові санітарно-епідеміологічні виклики посилили дискусії щодо шляхів виходу із екологічних криз, що знайшло своє вираження у відповідних програмах державних органів та міжнародних громадських організацій.

Purpose: the article examines the challenges of environmental challenges, especially those related to human life such as the man-made Chernobyl disaster, illegal amber mining in Western Ukraine, deforestation in the Carpathians, air pollution, water bodies, forests and directly. Depends on the method of human impact on the environment. The purpose of this study is to find factors, incentives, the introduction of new technologies that can be used to prevent potential climate change. Methods of research: the study was conducted using methods such as analysis and comparison, synthesis. The method of analysis and comparison was used in the study of scientific achievements of legal scholars to determine the main challenges and mechanisms of their manifestation on the state of climate change. Using the method of synthesis, the types of social relations in the field of use and reproduction of natural resources and environmental protection are established. Results: the following areas are identified to reduce the impact of environmental challenges on the environment as the introduction of alternative energy sources, reducing coal use, increasing green space, use of energy - efficient heat supply technologies in households, recycling. Discussion: new sanitary and epidemiological challenges have intensified discussions on ways out of environmental crises, which has been reflected in the relevant programs of government agencies and international public organizations. It is necessary to work together to build a collective security system and compensate for the damage caused to nature and prevent further negative actions. In this context, cooperation on climate issues of the Ukrainian Parliament with the European Parliament, study and relevant international experience is important.
