Синергія транспортного простору як джерела розвитку системи управління безпековою складовою промислових зон

Abstract

Розглянуто синергетичні особливості транспортного простору, як джерела, ресурси якого спрямовано на розвиток системи забезпечення безпеки складових ланцюга: «виникнення потреби в продукції – надання транспортних послуг – виробництво – якісний та кількісний рівень освоєння споживачами вантажних потоків в умовах існуючих обмежень географічного простору промислових зон». Розглянуто стан системи за критерієм рівноваги по Курному. Визначено синергетичний ефект системи в умовах існуючого спектру обмежень, що виникає при інтеграції в єдину архітектуру безпеки її складових.

The synergistic features of the transport space are considered as sources, the resources of which are directed to the development of the system for ensuring the safety of the components of the chain: "the emergence of the need for products - the provision of transport services - production - the qualitative and quantitative level of development of cargo flows by consumers in the conditions of the existing limitations of the geographical space of industrial zones". The state of the system was considered according to the Kurnoi equilibrium criterion. The synergistic effect of the system in the conditions of the existing range of restrictions arising from the integration of its components into a single security architecture is determined.
