Конкурентна стратегія ДП Старокостянтинівський молочний завод в сучасних умовах господарської діяльності в Україні

Abstract

Дипломна робота присвячена дослідженню та вибору конкурентної стратегії підприємства в сучасних умовах господарської діяльності в Україні, розробці заходів щодо вибору конкурентної стратегії та оцінці ефективності розроблених заходів на базі Дочірнього підприємства Старокостянтинівський молочний завод. У вступі визначено актуальність теми дослідження, мету і завдання дослідження, теоретичну та практичну значущість, зазначено предмет та об’єкт дослідження, вказано методи дослідження. У першому розділі наведені теоретично-методичні засади формування конкурентної стратегії підприємства в сучасних умовах господарської діяльності в Україні: розкрито поняття конкурентного середовища та конкурентної стратегії, визначено особливості формування конкурентної стратегії підприємства, проаналізовано перспективи розвитку підприємства. Другий розділ присвячений загальній характеристиці досліджуваного підприємства, здійснено аналіз основних фінансово-економічних показників, визначено основні його конкурентні переваги та конкурентну стратегію. У третьому розділі вказані рекомендації щодо формування і вибору конкурентної стратегії ДП Старокостянтинівський молочний завод, розроблено заходи щодо реалізації вибраної стратегії та проведено оцінку ефективності розроблених заходів.

The thesis is devoted to the research and selection of the competitive strategy of the enterprise in the modern conditions of economic activity in Ukraine, the development of measures for the selection of a competitive strategy and the evaluation of the effectiveness of the measures developed on the basis of the Subsidiary enterprise Starokostyantynivsky Dairy Plant. The introduction defines the relevance of the research topic, the goal and task of the research, the theoretical and practical significance, the subject and object of the research, and the research methods. In the first chapter, the theoretical and methodological principles of the formation of the company's competitive strategy in the modern conditions of economic activity in Ukraine are given: the concepts of competitive environment and competitive strategy are revealed, the peculiarities of the formation of the company's competitive strategy are defined, and the prospects for the development of the company are analyzed. The second section is devoted to the general characteristics of the enterprise under study, an analysis of the main financial and economic indicators is carried out, its main competitive advantages and competitive strategy are determined. In the third section, recommendations for the formation and selection of a competitive strategy of SE Starokostyantynivsky Dairy Plant are specified, measures for the implementation of the selected strategy are developed, and the effectiveness of the developed measures is evaluated.
