Навчально-методичний комплекс дисципліни "Прокуратура України" (спец.262)

Abstract

Навчально-методичний комплекс "Прокуратура України" призначений для студентів 1-го курсу денної форми навчання та студентів 2-го курсу заочної форми навчання ОС "Бакалавр" спеціальності 262 "Правоохоронна діяльність", освітньо-професійної програми "Право" юридичного факультету НАУ. Метою навчальної дисципліни є закріплення теоретичних знань про організацію і діяльність прокуратури України, її систему, принципи, завдання та функції, основні напрямки діяльності органів прокуратури; ознайомлення із загальними закономірностями виникнення і розвитку прокуратури України, розуміння її значення у становленні правової держави в України; сприяння розвитку самостійності мислення, засвоєнню спеціальної юридичної лексики і термінології, формуванню правової культури здобувачів вищої освіти.

The educational and methodical complex "Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine" is intended for students of the 1st year of full-time education and students of the 2nd year of correspondence form of study of educational degree "Bachelor" of specialty 262 "Law Enforcement", the educational and professional program "Law" of the Law faculty. The purpose of the discipline is to consolidate theoretical knowledge about the organization and activities of the prosecutor's office of Ukraine, its system, principles, tasks and functions, the main activities of the prosecutor's office; familiarization with the general laws of the emergence and development of the Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine, understanding of its importance in the formation of the rule of law in Ukraine; promoting the development of independence of thinking, the assimilation of special legal vocabulary and terminology, the formation of the legal culture of applicants for higher education.
