Information protection of a person as a component of information security of the state

Abstract

Людина, її життя і здоров'я, честь і гідність, недоторканність і безпека - найвища соціальна цінність в Україні. Реалізація цієї норми Конституції України є головною метою державної політики національної безпеки. Стратегією людського розвитку від 2 червня 2021 року визначено, що суттєвими викликами для соціально-економічної ситуації в державі в цілому та її регіонах за останні роки є такі виклики, як збройна агресія Російської Федерації проти України та тимчасова окупація її території, демографічна криза, епідемічна ситуація, пов’язана з поширенням гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2, проблеми в медицині, освіті, наука, культура, фізична культура і спорт, соціальна підтримка, національно-патріотичне виховання.

Man, his life and health, honor and dignity, inviolability and security - the highest social value in Ukraine. Implementation of this norm of the Constitution of Ukraine is the main goal of the state policy of national security. The Human Development Strategy of June 2, 2021 stipulates that significant challenges to the socioeconomic situation in the country as a whole and its regions in recent years are challenges such as the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and the temporary occupation of its territory, demographic crisis, epidemic situation related to the spread of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, problems in medicine, education, science, culture, physical culture and sports, social support, national and patriotic education.
