«Стратегія ІФЛА на 2019–2024 рр.»: основні напрями та перші результати

Abstract

Розглянуто основні стратегічні напрями, ключові ініціативи ІФЛА на 2019-2024 рр. та висвітлено перші результати їх реалізації. З’ясовано, що стратегічними напрямами діяльності ІФЛА є: зміцнення голосу бібліотек на глобальному рівні; розвиток та вдосконалення професійної практики; об’єднання та зміцнення професійної галузі; оптимізація організації ІФЛА. У межах кожного напряму виділено чотири ключових ініціативи, що забезпечують основу для проведення заходів, спрямованих на реалізацію Стратегії. У межах реалізації стратегічних напрямів діяльності ІФЛА протягом другої пол. 2019 – першої пол. 2021 рр. спостерігався поступ. Зокрема, реорганізовано систему управління ІФЛА; проведена значна робота зі збору, поширення інформації про заходи, вжиті бібліотеками у відповідь на пандемію COVID-19; активно використовувалися інтернет-платформи і ресурси організації; фінансову підтримку діяльності організації було забезпечено завдяки зусиллям членів Федерації, афілійованих членів, підтримці Фонду Білла та Мелінди Гейтс тощо. Зроблено висновок про успішні кроки ІФЛА протягом розглянутого періоду на шляху реалізації стратегії організації на 2019–2021 рр.

The main strategic directions, key initiatives of IFLA for 2019-2024 are considered and the first results of their implementation are highlighted. It has been found that the strategic directions of IFLA's activities are: strengthening the voice of libraries at the global level; development and improvement of professional practice; unification and strengthening of the professional field; optimisation of the IFLA organisation. Within each area, four key initiatives have been identified to provide a framework for activities aimed at implementing the Strategy. Progress was made in the implementation of IFLA's strategic directions during the second half of 2019 - first half of 2021. In particular, the IFLA governance system was reorganised; significant work was done to collect and disseminate information on measures taken by libraries in response to the COVID-19 pandemic; Internet platforms and resources of the organisation were actively used; financial support for the organisation's activities was provided through the efforts of the Federation's members, affiliates, support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, etc. It is concluded that IFLA has taken successful steps during the period under review to implement the organisation's strategy for 2019-2021.
