Навчально-методичний комплекс з дисципліни "Природоохоронне законодавство"

Abstract

Місце дисципліни в системі професійної підготовки фахівця. Дана навчальна дисципліна є теоретичною та практичною основами сукупності знань та вмінь, що формують профіль фахівця в галузі природничих наук. Метою навчальної дисципліни «Природоохоронне законодавство» формування у студентів бази теоретичних знань з природоохоронного законодавства та навичок практичного застосування в природоохоронній діяльності отриманих знань з екологічного права. Завданнями навчальної дисципліни є: - формування цілісного уявлення про природоохоронне законодавство; - опанування еколого-правової термінології; - вивчення структури природоохоронного законодавства; - визначення відносин, які виникають між суб’єктами екологічного права; - оволодіння положеннями міжнародних стандартів і регламентів з екологічного права; - формування навичок тлумачення та застосування норм екологічного права; - засвоєння прикладів виступу позивачем і відповідачем в судах за екологічними справами; - опанування кейсів досудового врегулювання екологічних спорів; - вміння визначати дії, що суперечать вимогам екологічного законодавства України, та коригувати систему екологічного управління організації для приведення її діяльності у відповідність нормам природоохоронного права.

The place of the subject in the professional training system of a specialist. This educational discipline is the theoretical and practical basis of the set of knowledge and skills that form the profile of a specialist in the field of natural sciences. The purpose of the educational subject "Environmental Legislation" is to form students' base of theoretical knowledge on environmental protection legislation and the skills of practical application of the acquired knowledge on environmental law in nature protection activities. The tasks of the academic subject are: - formation of a holistic view of environmental protection legislation; - mastering of environmental and legal terminology; - study of the structure of environmental protection legislation; - definition of relations that arise between subjects of environmental law; - mastering the provisions of international standards and regulations on environmental law; - formation of skills in the interpretation and application of norms of environmental law; - assimilation of examples of the plaintiff's and the defendant's speech in courts on environmental matters; - mastering cases of pre-trial settlement of environmental disputes; - the ability to identify actions that contradict the requirements of the environmental legislation of Ukraine and adjust the organization's environmental management system to bring its activities into compliance with the norms of environmental law.
