| Abstract: | Розглянуто швейцарський досвід визначення конституційних прав і свобод людини і громадянина, пов'язаний як зі статусом особистості, так і з особистими, правами громадян у Швейцарії, включно з правом на життя, охорони людської гідності, свободу преси, совісті й віросповідання, наукової творчості і освіти, свободи думок та інформації. Проаналізовані окремі статті Конституції щодо основних соціальних прав громадян в Швейцарії. The article examines the Swiss experience of defining constitutional rights and freedoms of man and citizen related to both the status of the individual and personal rights of citizens in Switzerland, including the right to life, protection of human dignity, freedom of the press, conscience and religion, scientific creativity and education, freedom of thought and information. The article analyzes certain articles of the Constitution regarding the basic social rights of citizens in Switzerland. |
