Abstract

The place of this discipline lies in the fact that it is the theoretical basis of the complexity of knowledge and skills that contribute to the formation of a general educational worldview of future lawyers. The purpose of the discipline is to acquire theoretical knowledge and form on their basis practical skills of public speaking and communication.
