| Abstract: | В статті розглядаються різновиди неправильних дій професіонала виходячи з причин, якими вони викликані. Розглянуто співвідношення понять" неправильна дія" та" помилкова дія", а також основні психологічні чинники операторських помилок. Запропоновано підхід до запобігання неправильним діям професіонала, побудований на засадах цілісної системи психологічного супроводу з урахуванням взаємозв’язків між їх психологічними чинниками. The article considers the types of wrong actions of a professional based on the reasons for which they are caused. The relationship between the concepts of "wrong action" and "erroneous action" is considered, as well as the main psychological factors of operator errors. An approach to preventing wrong actions of a professional is proposed, built on the principles of a holistic system of psychological support, taking into account the interrelationships between their psychological factors. |
