Освітній менеджмент Факультету архітектури, будівництва та дизайну Національного авіаційного університету у період 2020 – 2023 років

Abstract

В статті аналізується досвід втілення освітніх стратегій у діяльність факультету архітектури, будівництва та дизайну Національного авіаційного університету та показано досягнуті результати в період 2020-2023 рр. Сукупність методів дослідження представляють науковий інструментарій до якого включені метод критичного та порівняльного аналізу, логічний метод, узагальнення, описовий метод. Використання методу документального аналізу джерел дозволило відтворити процес діяльності факультету в контексті навчального процесу університету. В результаті дослідження виявлено наукову новизну, яка полягає в тому, що вперше питання освітнього стратегування діяльності факультету наземних споруд та аеродромів Національного авіаційного університету стало предметом наукового дослідження, у рамках якого проведено аналіз та особливості управління навчальним процесом, впровадження інноваційних рішень, зосередження зусиль на важливій ролі науково-педагогічного складу у розробці новітніх технологій для розвитку інфраструктури повітряного транспорту, інші роботи, що висвітлюють складний період історії України - пандемія COVID-19 (2021) та воєнний стан (з 2022 по теперішній час) викликаний російською військовою агресією проти України. Показники діяльності науково-педагогічного складу факультету свідчать про те, що за цих умов студенти мали можливість здобувати якісні знання та розвивати професійні компетенції. Прикладні управлінські рішення сприяли підвищенню попиту на освітні послуги, які надає факультет на ринку освітніх продуктів. Виявлення особливостей, основних тенденцій і технологій управління освітою характеризує новизну наукового дослідження процесу навчання. Практичне значення дослідження полягає у створенні технологічних інструментів для подальшого стратегічного планування та управління діяльністю факультету.

The article analyzes the experience of implementing educational strategies in the activities of the Faculty of Ground Structures and Airfields of the National Aviation University and shows the achieved results. The purpose of the article is to reveal the peculiarities of educational management of the Faculty of Ground Structures and Airfields of the National Aviation University in the period 2020-2023. The set of research methods is represented by a scientific toolkit, which includes the method of critical and comparative analysis, logical method, generalization, and descriptive method. The use of the method of documentary analysis of sources made it possible to reproduce the process of the faculty's activity in the context of the educational process of the university. As a result of the research, a scientific novelty was revealed, which consists in the fact that for the first time the issue of educational strategizing of the activity of the Faculty of Ground Structures and Airfields of the National Aviation University became the subject of a scientific study, within the framework of which the analysis and peculiarities of the management of the educational process, the implementation of innovative solutions, the concentration of efforts on an important the role of the scientific and pedagogical staff in the development of the latest technologies for the development of air transport infrastructure, other works covering a difficult period in the history of Ukraine - the COVID-19 pandemic (2021) and martial law (from 2022 to the present) caused by Russian military aggression against Ukraine. The performance indicators of the faculty's scientific and pedagogical staff indicate that under these conditions, students had the opportunity to acquire quality knowledge and develop professional competencies. Applied management solutions contributed to increasing the demand for educational services provided by the faculty in the market of educational products. The identification of features, main trends and technologies of education management characterizes the novelty of scientific research of the learning process. The practical significance of the research lies in the creation of technological tools for further strategic planning and management of the faculty's activities.
