Abstract

Дана навчальна дисципліна є теоретичною та практичною основою сукупності знань та вмінь, що формують профіль фахівця з менеджменту. Метою викладання дисципліни є формування системи теоретичних знань та практичних знань та умінь стосовно застосування інструментів та технологій митного регулювання експортно-імпортних операцій, зокрема, опанування сучасного регуляторного інструментарію та особливостей митної політики України в її взаємовідносинах із країнами світової торговельної системи при дотриманні загально визнаних міжнародних угод та конвенцій у сфері митного та нетарифного регулювання міжнародних торговельних відносин.

This educational discipline is the theoretical and practical basis of the set of knowledge and skills that form the profile of a management specialist. The purpose of teaching the discipline is the formation of a system of theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge and skills regarding the application of tools and technologies of customs regulation of export-import operations, in particular, the mastery of modern regulatory tools and features of the customs policy of Ukraine in its relations with the countries of the world trade system in compliance with generally recognized international agreements and conventions in the field of customs and non-tariff regulation of international trade relations.
