Organization of international cargo transportation by air

Abstract

The theoretical basis of managing the transportation on international routs by air transport was studied in the qualification work. The activities of the Pulsar Expo company on the cargo transportation market, its production and financial indicators, and existing approaches to the organization of transportation of various cargoes are analyzed. As a result of the study, possible directions for improving the company's activities were identified and recommendations were developed for improving the management of transportation processes. The main goal of this project is the development of practical recommendations for the use of the latest technologies, which will contribute to the improvement of control over the process of delivery of products. It is recommended to use the materials of this qualification paper during scientific research, in the training process and in the practical activities of specialists of logistics departments.

У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні основи організації перевезень на міжнародних маршрутах повітряним транспортом. Проаналізовано діяльність компанії «Пульсар Експо» на ринку вантажних перевезень, її виробничо-фінансові показники та існуючі підходи до організації перевезень різноманітних вантажів. В результаті дослідження визначено можливі напрямки вдосконалення діяльності підприємства та розроблено рекомендації щодо поліпшення управління транспортними процесами. Основною метою цього проекту є розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо використання новітніх технологій, які сприятимуть покращенню контролю за процесом доставки продукції. Матеріали даної кваліфікаційної роботи рекомендовано використовувати під час наукових досліджень, у навчальному процесі та практичній діяльності спеціалістів кафедр логістики.
