Organisation of a «door-to-door» delivery system using air transport

Abstract

The theoretical basis of door-to-door delivery of goods by air transport was studied in the qualification work. The activity of the airline «Jit Trans» on the cargo transportation market, its production and financial indicators and existing approaches to the organisation of transportation of various cargoes were analysed. As a result of the study, possible directions for improvement of the airline's activities were determined and recommendations were developed to eliminate the problem of untimely delivery of «Jit Trans». The main goal of this project is the development of practical recommendations for the use of the latest technologies, which will contribute to the improvement of control over the delivery process «from door to door». The theoretical part is devoted to the study of the theoretical foundations of the organisation of the delivery system by air transport. The analytical part is devoted to the analysis of the financial and economic activities of Jit Trans LLC and the identification of bottlenecks in the business processes of the supply chain in the case of the use of information technologies. The project-recommendation part is devoted to the development of a conceptual model of the digitalization of the logistics process management system in the new supply chain of «Jit Trans» LLC. The materials of this qualification work are recommended to be used during scientific research, in the educational process and practical activities of logistics department specialists.

У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні основи доставки вантажів повітряним транспортом «від дверей до дверей». Проаналізовано діяльність авіакомпанії «Jit Trans» на ринку вантажних перевезень, її виробничо-фінансові показники та існуючі підходи до організації перевезень різноманітних вантажів. За результатами дослідження визначено можливі напрямки вдосконалення діяльності авіакомпанії та розроблено рекомендації щодо усунення проблеми несвоєчасної доставки «Jit Trans». Основною метою цього проекту є розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо використання новітніх технологій, які сприятимуть покращенню контролю за процесом доставки «від дверей до дверей». Теоретична частина присвячена вивченню теоретичних основ організації системи доставки повітряним транспортом. Аналітична частина присвячена аналізу фінансово-господарської діяльності ТОВ «Jit Trans» та виявленню вузьких місць у бізнес-процесах ланцюга поставок у разі використання інформаційних технологій. Проектно-рекомендаційна частина присвячена розробці концептуальної моделі цифровізації системи управління логістичними процесами в новому ланцюгу поставок ТОВ «Jit Trans». Матеріали даної кваліфікаційної роботи рекомендовано використовувати під час проведення наукових досліджень, у навчальному процесі та практичній діяльності спеціалістів відділу логістики.
