Логістичний підхід до забезпечення конкурентоспроможності бізнес-туризму за участю авіатранспорту

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні підходи до підвищення конкурентоспроможності бізнес-туризму за участю авіатранспорту. Проаналізовано діяльності ТОВ «Ідея Тревел Солюшнз» в галузі бізнес-туризму, його виробничо-фінансові показники та процес організації бізнес-подорожей за участю авіатранспорту. В результаті дослідження були виявлені недоліки та можливі напрями підвищення конкурентоспроможності компанії, яка займається організацією бізнес-туризму за участю авіатранспорту, а також розроблені рекомендації щодо оптимізації діяльності з організації бізнес-подорожей з використанням логістичного підходу. Основною метою цього проєкту є розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо впровадження логістичного підходу задля підвищення конкурентоспроможності бізнес-туризму, що сприятимуть оптимізації та автоматизації бізнес-процесів компанії. Рекомендується використовувати матеріали даної кваліфікаційної роботи під час проведення наукових досліджень, в процесі навчання та в практичній діяльності фахівців логістичних підрозділів.

The approaches to increasing the competitiveness of business tourism with the participation of air transport were studied in the qualification work. The activities of «Idea Travel Solutions» LLC in the field of business tourism, its production and financial indicators and the process of organizing business trips involving air transport were analyzed. As a result of the study, shortcomings and possible ways of increasing the competitiveness of the company engaged in the organization of business tourism with the participation of air transport were identified, as well as recommendations were developed to optimize activities related to the organization of business trips using a logistic approach. The main goal of this project is the development of practical recommendations for the implementation of a logistic approach to increase the competitiveness of business tourism, which will contribute to the optimization and automation of the company's business processes. It is recommended to use the materials of this qualification work during scientific research, in the training process and in the practical activities of specialists of logistics departments.
